Learning and working must become an integrated process that goes beyond learning programs, training or learning journeys. This is exactly what the agile learning approach aims for. The learner will be placed at the center of the learning process. The concept is based on the principles of self-responsibility and self-organization. The learning objectives, learning materials, formats and settings are individually selected according to the respective needs and context conditions. Various forms of personal and technical guidance assist learners in shaping learning progress and guide them through iterative phases of planning, observation, evaluation and adaptation.
